Eating eggs has consistently divided opinion, with some promoting the benefits and others issuing warnings. A new study has caused this divergence of option to flare up once again. The study, published in PLOS medicine found that three eggs a week raises the risk of premature death by a fifth. Speaking to Phil and Holly, Dr Nighat urged the public to not be “put off” by one study.
