Trump with awkward error: pandemic’ve probably ended the Second world war

The Corona-pandemic keeps the world in suspense: More than 20 million people were infected worldwide with the Coronavirus, 216.646 of them in Germany.

US President, Donald Trump has now come up with a several incorrect statement about the supposed impact of a pandemic on the Second world war, for ridicule. Trump promised probably, as he said on Monday at a press conference: "In 1917, it is said, the great pandemic was certainly a terrible thing that they have lost between 50 and 100 million people – you finished probably the Second world war, all the soldiers were sick."

The statement Trumps is not only wrong about that, because he seems to be referring to the First world war from 1914 to 1918, but also because of the Spanish flu broke out in 1918, how many Users commented in the Social networks. In fact, the disease afflicted many soldiers on the battlefields of the First world war. The Second world war, followed more than 20 years later, the pandemic was over since a long time.
