All summer long, Megan Thee Stallion, 26, is proving she’s a total baddie over on her Instagram. From absolutely crushing TikTok dances in the pool to twerking and strutting her stuff in thong bikinis, Megan has been totally in her element lately.

Add to that list some brand new Instagram photos of Megan power posing on a beach while showing off her super sculpted abs and legs. In the photoshoot, Megan rocks a natural look, a light blue string bikini and a straw cowboy hat. Her core looks beyond toned, and she has legs for days.

“🤠🌊,” she captioned the pics, which had fans basically falling all over themselves in the comments. “Bodyyyyyyy,” someone wrote, while another user added, “yeeeeee hawwww.” A third fan commented, “you’re GLOWING,” which, Meg totally is.

Wondering just how Megan whips that body-ody-ody into shape? She’s been super open about her journey with Hottie Bootcamp on social media, a fitness program that’s been helping her tone everything up.

“HOTTIE BOOT CAMP IS BACK,” she wrote in the caption of a recent Instagram post. “New month new goals ! I’ve been workingggg so I feel like I’ve been real lowkey lately but I wanna show the hotties what it’s like to try to stay healthy on set, through all my performances, and through what ever else the hotgirl life style puts me through !”

The video shows Megan walking viewers through her new fitness goals. She’s also shared her favorite exercises in the past, including running on the treadmill to warm up and doing kettlebells and weighted squats to tone her butt.

And she’s not afraid to branch out into other fun workouts, like pole dancing. “Sometimes doing the same workouts or working out in the same places becomes a lil boring/ repetitious for me so I had to spice it up a little bit and take a pole class,” Megan captioned a video of her pole dance workout.

“This sh*t kicked my a** but I’m definitely going back !” she added. “What are somethings y’all do to keep the work out interesting ?”

As for her diet, Megan also gave hers a huge glow-up recently, per BET.

Before starting Hottie Bootcamp, she challenged herself to eat healthier and drink more water for one week. She sounded so ready to get to work in an Instagram caption: “Day 1 hottie camp! We doing a 7 day challenge hotties ! -no bread, no sugar, no fried food, a gallon of water a day. Don’t forget to get it in !!!”
