If you’ve never heard of a dilated pore of winer before, dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, is making sure you do now if you follow her on social media. While she of course posts tons of videos featuring extractions of blackheads, whiteheads, cysts and more, her DPOW videos (like these featuring pops that resemble a snowman and a tooth) are the ultimate size-centric extractions.
And in her latest Instagram post, she extracted a DPOW that looks like an Apple AirPod.
“I found the original AirPod 👀#drpimplepopper #dpow,” she captioned the post.
The video starts out with the camera zoomed in on a massive DPOW that appears to have two blackhead-like openings on it. And pushed up against the skin, it looks exactly like an AirPod.
She goes in, using a extractor to press down hard on one side of the pore. As she does, some thick brown gunk is pressed to the surface. She keeps going, pushing the pore to remove even more of its contents.
Then she moves to the pore’s other opening, and starts squeezing from that side, with much of the same result. It just keeps coming out. Ultimately, she removes all there is to be extracted from the pore. And her followers totally agree that this DPOW is a total AirPod dupe.

One fan commented, “You mean that isn’t an air pod stuck in somebody’s skin?” And another agreed on the AirPod similarity. “Anybody else thought it was an AirPod or is it just me?😭”
