Instagram cleaning sensation Mrs Hinch took to Instagram yesterday to hit back at trolls who had shamed her for wearing a long dress to the beach
Sophie Hinchliffe, who has more than 3.7million followers, said she had been “pulled apart” by a troll who had called her a “stuck up b**ch”.
In the candid post, she pleaded with her followers to “stop trying to please them” because “you never will”.
She went on to explain that the reason she wore a long dress to the beach was because of her bruised legs.
Sophie explained: “My blood condition is not good right now so I am covered in bruised I cannot control.”
The 30-year-old suffers from an inherited condition called Protein S deficiency, and Factor V Leiden.
These are both conditions which increases your risk of blood clots.
What is Protein S deficiency?
Protein S is a natural anticoagulant, or natural blood thinner, which stops clots forming when they are not needed.
If someone suffers from protein S deficiency it means the natural balance between clotting and protective anti clotting is changed.
People who have protein S deficiency are at increased risk of deep vein thrombosis (DVT), especially in the arms and legs.
What is Factor V Leiden?

Factor V Leiden is a mutation which increases the risk of developing abnormal blood clots.
Women who carry the mutation are more likely to develop blood clots during pregnancy, or when taking the hormone oestrogen.
When people with Factor V Leiden get a cut and start bleeding, the clotting happens as expected.
But it cannot be turned off easily, which means they have an increased risk of developing blood clots.
