Singer Jessie J may be spending more time at home lately, but the 32-year-old never looked more fit. Want proof? Well, she just dropped a nearly nude pic of Instagram of herself lounging in bed, and it’s stunning.
The post is a pic-video combo that tells a mini story. In the shot, Jessie is draped across a bed, looking all sultry at a mirror for her selfie. In the corner, there’s an easel. And, in the video, she’s curled up with a faux fur blanket, with tears in her eyes.
The caption is everything: “*Hits send* Him: ‘OMG you paint?!'”

While plenty of people laughed at the caption in the comments (SAME), others couldn’t get over the fact that Jessie’s body looks amazing (also SAME). “Alexa play ‘Body’ by Meg thee stallion 🔥,” one fan wrote. “Oh my God 🔥🔥❤️❤️,” another said. “Wow 🔥,” someone else chimed in.
Of course, Jessie didn’t get that body by accident—she puts in the work. A lot of it involves what she eats, including what she doesn’t.
Jessie previously said on the Heart Breakfast radio podcast that she made changes to her diet to try to help with fertility issues, and she also went vegan to try to help manage chronic pain.
Jessie told Plant Based News last year that she also stopped eating sugar. “So four years ago, I cut out sugar from my diet to try and stop bacteria from building up in my body,” she said. “Once I cut out sugar, I realized how much I began to enjoy food when it was good for me—and it was balancing out everything—my health, my moods, my sleep.” She stopped eating meat two years after that and became a full-fledged vegan in 2018.
But Jessie doesn’t ~just~ eat really healthy: She also works out hard. “When I come out of the gym, I’m blotchy red and sweaty, but I feel good,” she told HuffPost in 2017, stressing that she exercises for health. “It’s about the longevity of your life, not how you look in the morning.”
She doubled down on that messaging in an interview with Women’s Health UK. “[Working out] really makes me feel positive,” she said. “It releases endorphins—and I never really used to believe in that until I started working out. You do really get this sluggish feeling before a workout where you’re like, ‘Oh, I don’t want to do it,’ and you might feel a little low. But you do a workout, and it gives you that pickup. It makes me feel alive.”
Clearly, all that’s working for her!
